santa lucia was acquired in april 2000 and after extensive renovations and refurbishment it was let for the first
time in april 2001. santa lucia is intended as a home from home and has been equipped and furnished to this end.
sympathetic improvements have been made to the house and an existing bacony has been extended to provide
a sitting out space to sea side. this year we have made further improvements to the attic room providing a
bedroom with sitting area from which to view the harbour and sea. we hope that you enjoy your stay as much
as we have enjoyed our visits.
